1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using WeLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WeLink is a product of TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Business owners must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The Premium plan is billed at R89/month through Paystack. We offer a 30-day free trial for new premium subscribers. Refunds are issued pro-rata within 7 days of any payment if requested.

4. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in fraudulent activity.
