2. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your business information and order records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Dashboard Settings.

Order records are retained for 5 years as required by South African tax law even after account deletion. Client contact information submitted through order requests is stored only to facilitate your business operations and is never shared with third parties.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information necessary to facilitate WhatsApp ordering, including business names, product catalogs, and the contact details of clients who initiate order requests.
